On the way back to Nichinaga Island, I decided to stop by for a blowfish dinner, but I went to the factory by mistake and bumped into an employee who told me I was in the wrong place, so I went back to the brewery and bumped into him again... According to the sake pervert, porcelain tastes better than porcelain because the porcelain eliminates the umami taste and the alcohol is released in moderation....... It was so much fun and the fanfare was too much like an underground idol 🫰🫶. I've been using it as a substitute for ponzu (Japanese sauce) in soups and nabe (hot pot with soup stock) 🍲. It also goes well with natto (fermented soybeans) from Mitsukan.
