The aroma is fruity and sweet ginjo scent.
It is not a gorgeous impression, but it smells gentle.
In the mouth, it is sweet, sour and fruity, with a soft umami taste.
The sourness is wrapped up and it is sharp.
It is comfortable to drink even with a strong meal.
Tochigi has many beautiful sake.
It is delicious.
