Yamakatsu
It is a Junmai Daiginjo-shu "Blooming Flowers", a sake made by Fukumitsuya in Ishikawa Prefecture and made from 100% rice suitable for sake brewing called "Fuku no Hana".
I bought it because of the cute design on the label, which says Blooming Flowers.
It is a delicious sake with a refreshing taste and a gorgeous soft ginjo aroma that can be gently sensed.
