At a sake meeting in Tokyo. Hakutsuru-Nishiki was the main sake of the day.
The aroma was a gentle ginjo aroma.
It has a very smooth taste and is very juicy with a hint of sweetness and umami.
I have come to like sake brewed with Hakutsuru-nishiki.
