This sake is made from 100% "Jushinmu" sake rice produced in Fukuoka Prefecture, which is very rare.
Aroma: Fresh aroma of citrus fruits (lime, kabosu) + green apple and muscat. Fresh and lively impression!
Mouthfeel: The light thickening and carbonation characteristic of orikara-mi is pleasant and spreads smoothly on the palate. Silky and smooth.
Taste: Refreshing sweet and sourness + gentle rice flavor. It has a gaseous and cool feeling! The finish is clean from the beginning to the aftertaste, making it super easy to drink.
Lingering: Good sharpness and a little juicy fruitiness. Zero persistence!
