Bright, zesty and peppery are my first impressions. Fresh herbs accent the main aromas of rice, followed by a very subtle fruitiness, perhaps of apple or unripe banana.
This has some real bite on the palate. Strong body from the 19% ABV, and a bold astringency, which I would expect to be mellowed at warmer temperatures. Rice and a certain nuttiness are to be found on the palate as well.
Overall, 3.25 but this could potentially shine when warm.
