Choyo Fukumusume Ooragarami from Iwasaki Sake Brewery in Yamaguchi.
This sake is a Concept Worker's Selection. It has just the right amount of acidity, which I love, and a great flavor and aroma that spreads to the palate. The fresh and very fatty souda bonito (souda bonito) tataki and sashimi were served as accompaniments. Sushi with a combination of fresh and very fatty souda bonito 🐟 tataki and sashimi. It's not a bad combination 😋👌.
