The freshly opened aroma has a melon-like ginjo aroma.
In the mouth, it has a mild sweetness, but it finishes with a tangy dryness towards the end.
It has a rounded texture on the tongue, similar to that of Hakkaisan's snow cellar storage.
I had thought that the long storage time would give it that kind of texture, but I could feel a similar sensation in this Gobashi, so I wonder if there is some other element that makes it different.
