We had one more drink at a restaurant in Aizuwakamatsu where we had lunch. We asked for a cup of sake from Tsurunoe Shuzo, the brewer of Aizu Nakasho.
I got an impression of sharpness, but I can also feel the taste. As expected of a lieutenant general of Aizu, it is usually delicious.
The sauce and cutlet bowl was heavily seasoned, but it was neutralized by the clean tasting alcohol and I didn't feel like I was leaning back after the meal.
