It has been a long time since I have had Sanuki Kuraudai. It was lined up at a local supermarket that was holding a fair for the Chugoku and Shikoku regions. The aroma is really calpis. It reminds me of the kind my grandma used to make for me when I was a kid. The taste is sweet and sour with a hint of nigori sake. It's perfect after a 30-minute-plus bath, even for an old man. However, Ozeki had left over Nabeshima that they bought for New Year's and put it on display at room temperature... what a waste!
