This New Year, the first bottle
I bought this bottle to go with Osechi (New Year's dishes).
Fresh, tasty, lightly acidic, and really easy to drink!
We could only buy it in one bottle, so it was worth the effort of emptying the fridge!
It was a hit with everyone in the family!
Since it is fire-aged, I can leave it in a cold place after it is uncorked, and I want to make it a regular sake!
