Today, I went to the first thing in the morning or to the Toki no Mori (crested ibis forest) for squid in the afternoon, and went to a hot spring in the evening. I was busy, but caught no fish. I bought a sirloin of Sado beef and grilled it. Wind soft, that's a good name, isn't it? You don't see it much outside Niigata, but it is very well made. It has an impressive kiwifruit-like aroma. Tomorrow is the end of my trip. It is the last supper!
