I thought it was a rare Hououmita and bought it.
It is said to be brewed with Yamada Nishiki and wine yeast.
The aroma is plum-like. It is like Noshi-ume (Yamagata's sweets).
The mouthfeel is light and soft. It's clear and transparent.
The sourness is somewhat wine-like and there is a bitterness in the aftertaste.
