The aroma is slightly sweet. One sip and you feel a numbness of acidity on the tongue, followed by a mouthful of fresh acidity. ❗️ Is this what the endorsement says, as if it were a Muscat? (From the tartness on the tongue and the slight sweetness?!!!) Not sure this is brewed by olive yeast, but interesting ❣️
