A bottle I came across in search of a summer drink.
This is my first time to try Yuki no Bijin.
The aroma is soft and slightly sweet.
In the mouth, a slight carbonation is felt, a slight impression of white wine, and a noticeable alcohol taste. It is a slightly dry sake.
It is suitable as a food sake (^^)
After a few days of opening the bottle, the carbonation seems to disappear and the sweetness seems to increase!
