I got this Junmai Shiboritate today at the new sake festival at Tomikunishiki.
I was invited to a sukiyaki dinner at my parents' house and opened the bottle before it was ready.
The first sip at room temperature was sweet, but the spiciness caught up with it. After the second sip, the spiciness won out.
It's really delicious.
