This is my first time at the brewery.
I wanted a little classical sake, so I bought it. This kind of sake is surprisingly cosy, so it was a challenge for me.
First, I drank it cold. It is a bit classical, but it has a soft and bitter taste in the mouth. The spiciness at the end of the bottle left a strong impression on me.
Then, I tried it cold. At first, it comes in without any discomfort. It has a slight sweetness, but it has the same mouthfeel as cold sake. It has a soft mouthfeel to begin with, but by chilling it, the spikiness is removed. I don't think this is a sake for beginners, but I think it has a stable taste. Perhaps it would be good as a heated sake.
