Cherry blossom label. For the consecutive holidays.
I heard that 140 comes from the sake rice, not the yeast number.
This sake has a gorgeous, fruity flavor that belies the atmosphere of the label.
It has a smooth texture on the tongue, with moderate sweetness and rice flavor leading the way. Even so, the sake is not heavy, as expected of Tasake.
After that, it quickly cools down.
I think this balance and cycle is the reason why it is so easy to drink.
As the temperature rises, the acidity can be felt, and it goes well with meat and fish.
This is one of my favorites among the under 2,000 yen Tasake.
Just leaving this bottle on the table makes me feel like I'm at a cherry blossom viewing party! (Just to feel good...)
