The aroma is of banana and melon. When you put it in your mouth, the rich sweetness and sourness like a melon will come quickly, and then the bitterness and astringency will spread slowly and tightly. It is sweet and delicious, but it has a sake like aftertaste and you will never get tired of drinking it, which is typical of Amago no Tsuki. I liked this sake very much.
