There are times when I encounter a sake that tastes good, but for some reason I find it hard to drink.
I never knew what it was like, but this time I realized that I am not very good at "firmly dry and firmly sweet".
I am very grateful to Sake-no-Wawa for allowing me to find out the flavor trends of different brands. But there are also brands with the same name that have a broad lineup. Am I the only one who feels that there is a limit to the expression of these profiles in a single radar chart?
I hope these maniacal requests will eventually be realized. I think it is technically possible.
