Slightly tangy and dry.
The slight tingling on the tongue is pleasant.
The 15°C temperature is normal for sake, but it seems to be more intoxicating than the normal value.
I took just the sake, but perhaps I would have been happier with a meal?
I think it would go well with sweet flavors.
