An acquaintance gave us a lot of vegetables, so we're having sukiyaki tonight.
I was looking for a sake to go with the meat, so I bought a bottle of Sanuki Cloudy for the first time.
Just before dinner, I suddenly remembered that I'd heard that this sake was made to go with chicken dishes.
I rushed to the local supermarket to buy chicken.
It certainly seems to go well with grilled chicken.
The sourness is effective, and it has a lactic acid feeling. I also had it on the rocks.
