UrizunYamada-Nishiki, Kame-no-o, and Omachi, three types of sake assemblage When you put it in your mouth, you can feel the taste of elegant sake yeast. The aroma is clean and fruity. The sake passes lightly over the tongue. The mouthfeel is round, yet three-dimensional, with a light tangy aftertaste. As the temperature approaches room temperature, the overall sense of unity increases. I had a bad experience with Sengoku about 10 years ago, but when the liquor store recommended it to me, I tried it and found it to be very good. I think it is an excellent sake that goes well with daily meals.
