Pork kashira with garlic and soy sauce did not go well with this dish. Lightly seasoned takuan (radish) and bamboo shoots are perfect! It's not my number one favorite no matter what time of day I drink it, but it always satisfies me. Every time I pour the sake, it makes a popping sound and I feel the sake is alive.
