I went to a yakitori restaurant with my senpai. We decided to drink dry sake because we are a little tired of drinking only sweet sake these days.
Shichibon-yari is an excellent food sake! It was just what we were looking for: clear, sharp, and dry. But it also had a good umami flavor. It was just as we wanted it to be.
