Morishima Sake Brewery of Ibaraki, local brand "Fuji Taikan".
Like "Morishima," it is slightly fruity with medium umami. The aromatic impression is high (melon, muscatel, linden). (melon, muscat, linden, maple sweetness and white rice flour derived from rice malt).
Since it is a local brand, it is cosy at 1,200 yen.
Since it is a junmai sake, we tried it cold and warmed, but it has a strong capechi, so heating it up is ✕. Cold is recommended.
