<Clearly, sweet and sour, with a hint of bitterness.
The moment I found it, I said, "What is this?"
No, I know what it is right away. It is the mysterious fifth bottle of the black-and-white animal series, of which four types were completed last year. I didn't know there was such a thing out there!
It has quite a bit of color, doesn't it? It's a transparent bottle, so you can clearly see the light yellow coloring. Aged?
The aroma is faint muscat and alcohol. It is mild.
When you put it in your mouth, it has a clear sweet and sour taste from the beginning, followed by a bitterness. The umami is moderate, but instead the bitterness gradually builds up.
I checked and found that this rabbit was an extra edition that had just been released in November. It seems to be a blend of three types of Tagaji's main brand, unfiltered, unpasteurized sake. Huh? Maybe it was a zodiac sake for the New Year?
To use a Ghibli analogy, Makimura-san from "From Up on Poppy Hill". She is the slightly chubby older sister who lives in Poppy Hill House. She is a business girl who works at the foreign consulate in Yokohama. Amazing!
Satisfaction level: ★★★☆☆☆
