Takatsugu
Sake of the season for me. Otter Otter's Tankoba Kumi. It is a twice-a-year product, but when I see it, I know from the liquor store shelves that autumn has arrived.
The aroma of ginjo is gorgeous, and as it passes down the throat, you can taste the fresh sweetness of the fruit, like biting into a melon.
Enjoying it with food is fine, but if you pair it with a simple, nutty snack, as if you were facing the flavor of the sake head-on, you will be intoxicated by the deliciousness of sake.
I hope I can make time to face this sake again next year. It is such a bottle for me. Delicious ‼️
