morkzgBright aromas, with mostly fruit. Green apple, peach, perhaps strawberry, pineapple, lychee, and something like white pepper or basil.
On the palate it is much deeper and umami forward. Slight sweetness like dried fruits, grapes, pickles and mushrooms.
Finish is quite light and very dry, with fading umami.
