Junmai Unrefined Nama Sake🍶 Yamada Nishiki
The flavor is gradually delicious, as only Shizuoka sake can be. Not too floral, but delicious. A mix of sweet and spicy. It goes well with Fukaya negi nuta (deep fried leeks) 😋 Beer might go better with kushikatsu (skewers) and fried sardines 😅 We also enjoyed pickled Chinese cabbage and simmered shiitake mushrooms.
