First of all, I love the design of this bottle.

The first sip is refreshing due to the slight carbonation and moderate acidity, but when you savor it slowly, you will find that it is rich and mellow, typical of Yamadanishiki. There is no bitterness, but a moderate rice flavor. The aftertaste is refreshing and leaves you wanting more.
As it warms up, it becomes thicker and juicy.
It has been a long time since I have tasted Omine-san, and it is still delicious. ‼️
