Since it was summer, we wanted a shuwashu.
When I opened it, it blew out quite vigorously.
I chilled it well.
It is cloudy, but the mouthfeel is clean.
As soon as you take it into your mouth, you can feel the sweetness, but it soon runs out and disappears. It is very sharp.
It is easy to match with food, and is the best for the first drink in hot summer.
Anyway, it is important to chill it well.
It was delicious.
