At the beginning of the New Year, we compared two different types of sake: Nitoshi's Nama-nagori and Usu-nigori. The light nigori sake was slightly drier, but delicious. This sake was purchased at the year-end festival of Chohyo, standing in a long line in slightly rainy weather.
