Light red sake. The color is pretty.
The first impression on the palate is that it is more sour than expected; it has a unique flavor that is different from THE sake.
It has an astringent taste like wine, with a strong impression of sweetness and acidity. When it passes through the nose, it smells like sake.
I don't usually drink sweet sake, so it is a little strange at first. Once you get used to it, it is delicious. I learned that there is such a sake as this.
