CosI opened it at a year-end party.
I thought it might have some peculiarities since I got it at a garage sale for a low price, but it was surprisingly smooth and went down well as a food sake. It is a dry wine.
It was a big hit at the year-end party along with bagna cauda, ahi jio, roast beef, sushi, etc.
