Mildly fruity nose!
Slightly effervescent, dry enough that there is no sweetness.
Not much other than a little pungency and bitterness from the carbonation. Like the clear sky on a moonlit night.
If spring water were alcohol, it would be like this!
I think I'll try it with sashimi of Kawasaki squid today, not with soy sauce, but with salt!
