The mouthfeel is mellow and round like water! There are no peculiarities whatsoever!
The aroma is sweet, but when you drink it, it is not at all sticky and refreshing!
It's not the same as the sweet ginjo-shu I usually drink, but it's a happy sake that goes well with strong-flavored snacks. ☺️☺️
It's not fruity or gaseous, it's a sake that's very typical of sake.
But it's refreshing and has no peculiarities, so I can drink it in large gulps 😖.
