＜"Hakutaki's sweet, clear, all-purpose sake.
Another brand of the Kamizen Nyosui brewery.
It has a clear sweet alcohol aroma. Jozennyosui's aroma is very gentle and charcoal filtered, but this one has a very clear aroma.
When you put it in your mouth, the sweetness and slight bitterness are straight and crisp! Then, the aroma spreads like a cheer. But it quickly recedes and breaks up nicely, making you anticipate the next pitch. It's a pleasant sake.
What's even more interesting is that it goes well with food. This evening, we had teriyaki yellowtail, simmered deep-fried tofu and komatsuna, and small tomatoes with salted malt. It also goes well with miso soup and white rice.
It can be served cold, at room temperature, or lukewarm.
What an all-rounder!
You won't find this in Ghibli. If I wanted to put such an all-rounder in a manga, it would be rejected because it would be called "unrealistic. So I'm going to use Shohei Otani as an example.
