It is called "sparkling lemon," so I checked the label and found that it is flavored with sugar, carbon dioxide, acidifier, and flavoring, with no fruit juice.
I looked closer and saw that it was a liqueur. But the main ingredient is sake, so let's call it sake!
Still, it's a refreshing, light and delicious sake.
