When you open your mouth, you get a vigorous squirt of carbonation.
The color is a light clouded white and the sizzling is so strong that it looks like a juice.
When you drink it, you are filled with a good amount of carbonation, fruit-like sweetness, moderate bitterness, and a slight yogurt-like sourness.
It's not too sweet.
Almost no alu sensation when tasted on the root of the tongue.
I bought it at my favorite liquor store and was told that I would prefer it to daiginjo, and after tasting it, I thought that was true!
I think it is an interesting sake to drink while comparing them.
