March is the time of parting and we receive farewell gifts, but in these days of abolishing false rites, many of them are sweets and tea, but we received several bottles of sake and shochu. Alcoholic beverages are disappearing from the gift-giving list, but they knew that I liked sake. What surprised me was that all the sake we received were Hatsukame. This is amazing. I had always thought Hatsukame was good, but I guess there are many people who think so. However, there was also a bottle of sake, and it was a bit difficult to move around the bar with several bottles of sake.
The lid is a crown, the bottle is thick and the bottom is concave. It looks like sparkling wine.
When I poured it into a glass, the fizz was much more intense than I had expected. It has sweetness, sourness, and bitterness from the carbon dioxide, and at 13% alcohol, it is very easy to drink. This is a well-made sparkling sake. It's good.
