I bought this two weeks ago and opened it today, because it is a snowman before the snow falls, which is customary this time of year.
It's a foaming type, but recently there are small holes in the lid to prevent spilling when opening, so thankfully there was no spillage.
The harmony of sourness and sweetness is exquisite. It was so elegant that I thought it was champagne.
After chilling it, I felt a sharpness, and as it approached room temperature, I felt a nice sweetness and flavor.
It was so easy to drink and delicious that we ended up drinking it all that day.
Now I can't wait for next year's Snowman.
