Daimine's Winter Otoshiri has become a staple sake for this season.
We have it every year and wonder why it is so delicious. This year's nigori sake has a high level of nigori, but even among them, you can feel the silky and bubbly taste in the elegant sweetness that is typical of Omine, and you can sense that the sake is alive.
The sweetness has a banana-like sweetness, and Omine's sweetness is becoming more refined and delicious every year.
I am looking forward to more from this sake brewery.
