Sentori's typical use of Asahi from Okayama Prefecture Junmai Daiginjyo, unfiltered, unfiltered, bottle-enclosed, bottle-fired Clear! Refreshing! I got a hint of melon, but it was more refreshing than fruity. The alcohol content is slightly low at 14%, making it easy to drink. Some people may find it a little lacking... I wonder if it would be different on draft. The red, white, and black color of Sentori, which was also on the lid, seems to be cranes, according to my research! I'm glad I took a picture with the red one on top. There are many kinds of Sentori, so let's try different kinds! The symbol of Seonbori is a "crane" that lives in the fairyland Red for love. White for tradition. Black for innovation.
