This is a year-round product of the "Kuo" series by the famous Tochigi brewery, Amataka Shuzo!
This is the only year-round product in the "Kuo" series, which is produced in small quantities under a different theme each time.
It is made from 100% Tochigi grown Eggplant Hikari rice so that the quality of Tochigi's rice can be better known.
The Ten-Taka Brewery is known for its famous sake "Ten-Taka," which is known for its dry taste, but "Kuo" is a brand line that is not limited to a single image, but uses advanced technology to create innovative sake. (From the Meishu Center website)
