Seiun Shuzo is located in Ogawa-machi, Hiki-gun and brews local sake from Bushu Ogawa.

A soft, slightly umami taste. A taste that I like.
The brewing water from the Chichibu mountain range that flows through Ogawa-cho is said to be as rich in minerals as the miyamizu of Nada, and the fermentation of the yeast is very strong. Toji Takuo Yoshihara says, "Quality comes first. He is very proud of his belief that "quality comes first, and we are willing to go to any lengths to get as close to good sake as possible.
Goto Shuzo Brewery, famous for its "Sashi" brand in Mie, is about to be put to the test with "Seiun" and this is "Seiun".
