Hanamaru Omachi Junmai Ginjo Nama
This Omachi is the most gorgeous and sweetest of all the Hanamup brands, with a fine acidity. It is sweet like a white peach, but has no unpleasant aftertaste, so you will want to drink more and more. I like Omachi the best among Hanayu. I have yet to buy a Junmai Daiginjo made with Yamada-Nishiki, so I would like to try that as well. Many people think of sake as dry, but in the past, the sweetness of second-grade sake was sticky and left a cloying taste in my mouth. Because of this, I feel that many people prefer light dry sake, but I would like people to try the mellow sweet sake made with junmai, which is also shockingly tasty.
