The second type of outdoor drinking is "Kawanakajima Genbu Mari".
This information alone is enough to identify the restaurant where we drank.
This is a sake named after the female toji of Sake Senzano, who makes the Genbu series. It is a Daiginjo ori-garami unfiltered raw syochu liqueur, and it is enclosed in a funnel.
It's quite fresh and fizzy. It adds more sweetness and flavor and is very juicy. The Genmai series is delicious, after all.
By the way, the one next to it in the photo is the "yukata shape". The person I drank with today was drinking.
