I drank this one after drinking Asahitaka, and I was just so impressed with how clear it was and how tasty it was without any cloying taste 🥹.
I heard that this Soubeni is a Jyushiro that is sent directly from the brewery and is not sold at special dealers.
So the label on the back of the bottle is not attached.
