The first kijoshu.
It has a refined sweet and sour aroma and is very sweet. The color is a beautiful golden brown. If it were described as a kijo-shu, which is typical of Shinmasa, the taste would be convincing. It is a rich sake with a strong presence.
I would like to try other brands of kijoshu to strengthen my axis of judgment.
